Bisoprolol is a beta blocker that works by blocking the effect of certain natural chemicals (e.g., epinephrine) on the heart and blood vessels.

SIDE EFFECTS :

Dizziness, lightheadedness, tiredness, and drowsiness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, cough, constipationand trouble sleeping may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
